How do I prepare for my ceremony?

I will send you guidance via email before the ceremony. I will send you information regarding the diet you will have to follow, the spiritual bath, prayers and intention bespoke to you in preparation before your ceremony.

What do I need to bring with me to the ceremony?

You need to wear comfortable clothing, ideally no makeup, bring a hair bobble with you to tie your hair, bring your journal/notepad and a pen. Please also print or write your prayers/intention and affirmations. We have you covered for everything else you will need.

How will I feel after the ceremony?

Varied emotions

So far, my clients have all had very varied experiences. Some people feel very alert and clear headed. Others feel extremely tired as if they have been to the gym for two hours. My intention is never to overwhelm my clients however stuck emotions such as fear, anger, irritability, sadness can arise after the emotional detox we undergo in ceremony. These emotions arise to be accepted, resolved and to let go of. This is why I offer a follow up call to help you integrate your emotions after the ceremony. The call is included in your package or ceremony offerings.

On the other hand, my clients have also felt a heart expansion, feeling calm and peaceful afterwards.

The Red Lipstick effect

Some of my clients have had a surprising after-effect of the ceremony. Clients who have only worn nude lipstick all their lives feel a sudden urge to wear red lipstick, they feel more feminine and empowered. Please make sure that you have time to rest after the ceremony.

Will your session or ceremony heal me?

There are no shortcuts to healing, it is a journey where you will tackle difficult emotions, reflect and explore techniques that work for you the best. You will have uncomfortable realisations and get out of your comfort zone. It will take time. So be patient with yourself and I will be here to help you along with kindness and compassion.

What type of people will benefit from my services the most?

I find that the people who have most benefited from my sessions are those that are spiritually open or even curious. People who are fully committed to their own personal development. I am very direct and have a highly intuitive approach to exploring your root issues, so you will have to be ready to journey deep into uncomfortable emotions with me. It is by resolving these uncomfortable emotions that will lead to lasting change.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please note that once you have booked a session or a ceremony with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your session or ceremony less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay the full price for the session.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24hours prior to your session or ceremony.
