We Cannot Heal the Mind if the Body Feels Unsafe.
Advanced Somatic & Myofascial Release Therapy
You cannot talk your nervous system out of survival mode; you must physically signal it to rest.
Welcome to Wylde Sisters
At Wylde Sisters our aim is to empower and repair your nervous system.
We Bridge the gap between clinical rehabilitation and nervous system regulation, Wylde Sisters offers a private sanctuary for men and women to reset and recover.
My approach combines Advanced Myofascial Release to gently unburden the connective tissue with the regulatory power of Sound Healing, Breath work, and Botanical Support.
We utilise wild, organically grown botanicals to nourish the system while we physically release the tension held in your body. This multi-sensory approach is designed to shift your physiology out of the 'fight or flight' response and into a deep, biological state of safety and peace
Whether you are navigating burnout, chronic pain, anxiety or simply the weight of modern life, we exist to dismantle the armour of stress and restore the biological safety of your body.
Meet your therapist
Hello, I’m Ayisha, your Wylde Sister.
I believe we are all unique, shaped by our experiences and with our own story. My approach seeks to trace the patterns and experiences that have built that story, creating a bespoke programme for each person and is suitable for people from all religions, faiths and cultures.
Through my own experiences and learning journey, I have drawn together the most potent ways of healing from the various traditions and have devised my own approach to healing.
Come home to your body
True restoration is the art of undoing.
We often believe that healing requires more effort—more thinking, more doing, more trying. At Wylde Sisters, we believe the opposite.
True restoration is the art of undoing. We unravel the layers of armouring, tension, and survival patterns that have accumulated over time, allowing your body to remember its own way home.
HOW WE RESTORE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM :
The fascia is a rich sensory organ and MFR's gentle pressure sends signals to the brain that switch the nervous system from a "fight-or-flight" state to a calm, "rest-and-digest" state, promoting relaxation and healing.
Our body is like a book that stores our life's story, including emotions. Trauma, both physical and emotional, can create restrictions in the fascia.
By releasing these physical blocks, MFR helps to release the emotional tension held within the body, supporting nervous system.
Breath, fascia, and the nervous system are intimately connected.
The diaphragm, your main breathing muscle, is a central hub in your body's fascial network, linking your core, spine, and pelvis.
Breath work sends a ripple of release through this fascial web, directly influencing your nervous system.
This rhythmic movement helps to shift your body to a restorative state.
Sound healing uses specific frequencies and vibrations to restore the nervous system.
By inducing a state of deep relaxation, sounds triggers the parasympathetic nervous system lowering stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline.
The vibrations from sound, whether through air or direct contact with the body can shift brain activity into calmer alpha and theta waves state.
This promotes a sense of peace, restoring the nervous system.
Botanical medicine, including ceremonial cacao, supports the fascia and nervous system.
Cacao contains compounds like theobromine and anandamide that can gently elevate mood and promote a sense of well-being, which directly soothes the nervous system's stress response.
By encouraging a state of openness and relaxation, botanical medicine creates an internal environment where both the nervous system and the fascial network can find greater balance.
