A Holistic Approach to Emotional Healing, providing a safe haven for women to discover themselves.

Welcome to Wylde Sisters
At Wylde Sisters our aim is to empower you.
We help women find emotional healing and restore balance to the nervous system through a blend of powerful, somatic practices.
My approach combines hands-on Myofascial Release to gently release emotional burdens held in the body's connective tissue with the calming power of Sound Healing and Breathwork. These sessions are designed to help you shift out of the fight or flight response and into a deep state of peace and well-being.
Additionally, I use specific botanical teas to nourish your body at a cellular level, supporting your healing from the inside out. I offer these services in both 1:1 and group sessions.

Hello, I’m Ayisha, your Wylde Sister.
I believe we are all unique, shaped by our experiences and with our own story. My approach seeks to trace the patterns and experiences that have built that story, creating a bespoke programme for each person and is suitable for people from all religions, faiths and cultures.
Through my own experiences and learning journey, I have drawn together the most potent ways of healing from the various traditions and have devised my own approach to healing.

Healing is tough
Let me help you work through your emotional blockages…
I know the kind of challenges you are facing as I have faced them so many times and learned how to overcome them. Let me be your guide and show you how.

HOW WE RESTORE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM :
The fascia is a rich sensory organ and MFR's gentle pressure sends signals to the brain that switch the nervous system from a "fight-or-flight" state to a calm, "rest-and-digest" state, promoting relaxation and healing.
Our body is like a book that stores our life's story, including emotions. Trauma, both physical and emotional, can create restrictions in the fascia.
By releasing these physical blocks, MFR helps to release the emotional tension held within the body, supporting nervous system.
Breath, fascia, and the nervous system are intimately connected.
The diaphragm, your main breathing muscle, is a central hub in your body's fascial network, linking your core, spine, and pelvis.
Breath work sends a ripple of release through this fascial web, directly influencing your nervous system.
This rhythmic movement helps to shift your body to a restorative state.
Sound healing uses specific frequencies and vibrations to restore the nervous system.
By inducing a state of deep relaxation, sounds triggers the parasympathetic nervous system lowering stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline.
The vibrations from sound, whether through air or direct contact with the body can shift brain activity into calmer alpha and theta waves state.
This promotes a sense of peace, restoring the nervous system.
Botanical medicine, including ceremonial cacao, supports the fascia and nervous system.
Cacao contains compounds like theobromine and anandamide that can gently elevate mood and promote a sense of well-being, which directly soothes the nervous system's stress response.
By encouraging a state of openness and relaxation, botanical medicine creates an internal environment where both the nervous system and the fascial network can find greater balance.
